Whether you’re fresh onto campus, a returning student, or a grumbling professor who’s sabbatical ended just a bit too soon, we’re sure you can agree there’re plenty more students on campus.

Hopefully you enjoyed Monday with a bacon and egg roll and a coffee, then set out to the wonders of a populated UNSW, and now, you’re here on a computer, wherever that is, reading words, good on you.

Because O-Week is choc-a-block with activities we’re going to ramp up entertainment here from next week including BUT NOT LIMITED TO the following:

 

Monday night movie – from 7pm we’ll have an outdoor cinema screening everything from Nicolas Cage movies to EVEN BETTER NICOLAS CAGE MOVIES*

Tuesdays (fortnightly) the comedy society, Studio four are goign to have smoker’s concerts upstairs for comedians to be funny at.

Wednesday night will have Mexican Standoffs – with mexican food for low low prices

Thursday, thanks to Heineken we’ll have acoustic artists in the beergarden from 5pm

Fridays (fortnightly) we’ll be jazzing up a storm in the whitehouse

 

It’s pretty much the AT-AT’s** knees all up in the whitehouse for this session.  So get along, and get it on (hmmmmm maybe we should put that on a badge).

Hey there Whitehouse website clickers. Long time no talk. It’s only because we’ve been so busy coming up with THE BEST LINE UP EVER of specials and bar time fun, and we’re about to unleash it. It’s like if The start of session and The Whitehouse entertainment line up were 2 white puppies running in a room. They crash head on and the following explosion is an amazing release of glory…enough glory to power a regular city for nigh on a decade. IF ONLY THERE WAS SOME WAY TO REPRESENT THAT.

EVERY WEEK:

Everyday:

till 10am: Bacon and Egg roll and a coffee for $7
4-5pm: $4 taps (cider and beer) and $4 House spirits

Wednesday:

Mates day: bring 3 mates, buy 3 schooners, get one free

Thursday:

Happy hour till 6pm (makes late night shopping bearable)

Friday:

Till 10am, Free coffee upsize before

We’ve come to the end of the year. It’s November. My dad has a little thing he likes to say, that in Australia, the last effective day of work is the Melbourne cup, then we all mentally check out, until about February. In my opinion, it’s the smartest thing my dad has ever said. EXCEPT AT THE WHITEHOUSE.

We are just getting started, planning next year’s activities. If you liked something this year, or want to see a certain type of activity next year, how about you drop us a line, and we can make it happen, BECAUSE WE ARE LIKE IMAGINEERS!!
